AYURVEDIC BODYWORK
In addition to a traditional styled Massage Therapeutic Treatment, I offer an Ayurvedic based body work, called Abyhanga and Shirodara.
Abyhanga is using specific medicated oils with strokes to calm the vayus or winds of the body.
Shirodara is a nourishing oil treatment where warm oil is poured on the forehead and scalp for a period of time.
