With Hatha & Raja yoga, I facilitate balancing of mind, body, and spirit to realign to the original state of vitality and peace.
PRIVATE YOGA

YOGA LINEAGES
Hatha yoga is considered a gentle and foundational style that emphasizes breath techniques, postures, and mindfulness. It cultivates strength, balance, and flexibility.
Raja yoga or "royal yoga" focuses on practices that aim for self-realization and liberation. The practices include a blend of mindfulness with specific breath techniques. This yoga lineage builds strength in discovering one's true self, through cleansing and focussing the mind.
I combine my long-held experience, practice, and knowledge to customize practices for my clients to their skill and desires for wellbeing.

FROM A YOGA CLIENT
"I’ve been practicing yoga with Mallory for over 10 years during the summers in Lake Tahoe, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. Her sessions are gentle, thoughtful, and always meet you exactly where you are—physically and mentally.
While her flows are soft and accessible, I consistently leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and aligned. She has a gift for creating a peaceful and supportive environment that encourages both movement and mindfulness.
My absolute favorite part is her meditation at the end of class—something I genuinely miss the rest of the year when I’m not in Tahoe. Practicing with Mallory is a highlight of my summers and a gift I’m so grateful for.
