I guide you through a gentle raja yoga to create balance and flow in the body as baby grows and mothers body shifts. We bring focus to mind, body, and spirit regulation and coherence.

FACILITATION
This is a ceremony dedicated to initiating the mother into the sacred motherhood journey. Just as a baby shower is a celebration for the new baby about to arrive, the blessingway ceremony is for the mother's transition of rebirthing into a new or mother of multiple children. Every time a new baby is born, a new mother emerges as well. Gathering with the mother's close circle of woman friends, we connect to the mothering way by honoring our ancestors, acknowledging the past and stepping into her future. I facilitate this ritual passage with anointing of oils, gifts, loving reflection, prayers, weaving continued support energetically or physically during the birth process and postpartum. This is a beautiful time to pause and prepare, love and connect with your circle of close community.
